Disclaimer and product information

All our nameplates, signs and panels (collectively, the “Product”) can’t be placed on the direct sunlight outside without special coating, that is provided free of charge.

In case you want to put Product outside under direct sunlight you should add protective coating to your order that can be found on every product page.

The surface of glossy and satin metal can crack from the high temperature. There is no risk for graphics inside, but the slightly cracks on the clear aluminium surface can be seen from some angles. It is invisible from most angles of view.

The surface of glossy metal can be scratched easily, but there is no risk for the graphics inside. Most of this scratches can be removed with the help of solvent.

All characteristics of resistance of our Product is relevant to unintentional harm only.

Site changes

We aim to update our site regularly, and may change the content at any time. If the need arises, we may suspend access to our site, or close it indefinitely. Any of the material on our site may be out of date at any given time, and we are under no obligation to update such material. Meface Ltd reserves the right to remove, alter, change or vary the services and prices (including Privacy Policy and Terms&Conditions) offered on the Site at any time without notice. However we will try to send a notice e-mail to our customers.

Refund and Return policy

We promise you 100% satisfaction guarantee. In a case the order is less that £150 you can either return your order for a full refund or exchange it for something else. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 14 days from the date you have received your order. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.

For orders the value of which exceeds £150 the following scheme is valid.
We provide a sample of your order that fully comply with the entire batch. Once you have approved the sample the rest of the order is produced. You cannot claim for a refund in the case of the scheme is used when each item from your order is equal to the approved sample.
If you find a difference between individual items from the order with the approved sample, we will give you a replacement for it.

The scheme is used by the reason of high cost of the material.

We reserve the right to cancel any order without explanations with 100% refund (in case the payment was done), and without any additional compensations.

Our liability

The material displayed on our site is provided without any guarantees, conditions or warranties as to its accuracy. To the extent permitted by law, we, and third parties connected to us hereby expressly exclude:

•All conditions, warranties and other terms which might otherwise be implied by statute, common law or the law of equity.
•Any liability for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage incurred by any user in connection with our site or in connection with the use, inability to use, or results of the use of our site, any websites linked to it and any materials posted on it, including, without limitation any liability for:

This does not affect our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, nor our liability for fraudulent misrepresentation or misrepresentation as to a fundamental matter, nor any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
